Michael Manning, President & Co-Founder

As President of American Autowire, Michael Manning is responsible for the market direction of the corporation.  With over 35 years of development skills in project management, organizational structure, and market based engineering. Michael brings his prior experience in IT consulting and vehicle restoration together with a practical engineering background to guide both internal and outside corporate growth. Michael serves on the board of directors of American Autowire.

Prior to forming American Autowire, Michael was heavily involved in design and implementation of large scale production, inventory control and parts requisition systems as an independent consultant. This background has become the cornerstone of internal system design.

As a former owner of a vehicle restoration business, Michael combined his business management skills with his interest in the automotive restoration field to provide the basis in establishing a niche market for the supply of automotive reproduction electrical systems.

Michael started his career working as a staff consultant for a large scale engineering consulting firm in New York City. His base knowledge of construction management procedures enabled him to graduate into system controls, monitoring, and reporting utilizing sophisticated production and activity based project management systems emphasizing critical path scheduling.
