We ship a lot of wiring harnesses. Sometimes, one of them needs to come back home. Be it for a return, or the rare event we need an original part to rebuild a factory item.

We’re pretty forgiving, but always ask that returns (or tool rental returns) are accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This helps the folks in our receiving department make sure inbound items are routed to the correct department, and reduces overall turnaround time. If a credit needs to be applied, it also helps us get that process started a little more quickly.
